Does this replace my POS system?

Not at all. It just adds an exciting new communication layer between customers and staff.

Do I need to put my entire menu online?

Nothing like that. This is a light-touch system to notify staff and enhance the great personal service you already offer.

Do I need to set up online payments?

No, you can continue to use your existing payment systems. When a customer requests a bill you can take payments in the normal way.

What equipment do I need?

Just a phone, tablet, or browser to view the dashboard — and the tags we send you.

Do customers need to download an app?

Nope. It works via a tap-to-open browser link using NFC — just like Apple/Google Pay.

Can I use my own request options?

Yes — you can fully customize the list of service requests shown. You also have branding options for the page that your customers see.

How many tags/tables are included?

As many as you need — you choose your package during setup. If you need replacement tags we can send those too.

What happens if someone steals a tag?

Stolen tags can be deregistered in your account and then they can never be used again to call staff.

Is this an additional burden on our staff?
